Construction Work – New Sports Hall With Outdoor Areas At Gerbrandskolen. The New Sports Hall & Facility Project Is Located At The Gerbrandskolens Land Register In Amager. An Outline Construction Program Has Been Drawn Up By Artelia And Dall & Lindhardtsen, Who Are The Initial Client Adviser On The Project. The Project Is Offered As A Turnkey Contract. The Future Ny Idrætshals Will Be Located In A Dense Residential And Institutional Area With Small Children. The Access Road To The Construction Site Is Narrow, And With Passers-By On Bicycles And On Foot. The Project Is Atypical Compared To Copenhagens Normal Sports Halls, Where This One Has A Special Profile (6-12 Year Olds), Which Must Be Incorporated Into The Further Planning And Execution. It Can Be Stated That The Tendered Task Includes Project Planning. The Extent Of This Planning Can Be Seen From The Work Descriptions Contained In The Tender Documents. The Municipality Of Copenhagen Wants To Develop And Expand Its Sports And Leisure Facilities In The Municipality, As Part Of An Overall Vision To Create The Best Opportunities For An Active Life In The City. Therefore, It Is Desired To Build A New Sports Hall In Connection With Gerbrandskolen, An Existing Primary School In Sundbyøster, Amager. As An Extension Of This, A Partial Landscaping Of The Area Around The New Sports Hall Is Also Desired. The Landscaping Includes The Establishment Of An Artificial Grass Pitch As Well As An Activity And Athletics Area. In Addition, There Is The Marking Of Half A Basketball Court, The Establishment Of Fences And The Delivery And Installation Of Various Fixtures. The Processing Must Complement And Support The Schools Other Outdoor Areas. The Current Project Must Be Designed With A View To Interaction And Coherence With The Development Of The Other Outdoor Areas, Including In Relation To Layout, Materials, Functions And Transitions Between The Areas. On The Northern Side Of The School, There Is A Large Green Area With Football Pitches, A Playground And A Ball Cage. The New Sports Hall Will Be Placed On The Western Part Of This Green Area. To The West Of The Future Sports Hall Are Day Care Facilities, To The North Are Private Residences And To The East Are The Schools Current Gymnasiums And A Leisure Club (Kkfo), Which Will Be Completed In The Spring Of 2025. It Has Been Politically Decided That The Sports Hall Must Target The Children Aged 6-12 Years And Thereby The Desire Is To Have A Sports Hall Built That Can Accommodate School And Association Activities That Require More Space Than The Halls They Have Today, And At The Same Time Offer New Forms For Childrens Activities. The Sports Hall And The Associated Outdoor Areas Must Be Designed And Executed In Accordance With The Building Programs For The Sports Hall And For The Associated Outdoor Areas, Incl. Attachment. The Building Programs Summarize The Wishes And Requirements Of The Builder, Client And Building Owner For The Completion Of The Overall Project.
