Track Construction Works – Ke, Modernization Of Met Tram Lines In The City Of Košice, 2Nd Stage, Učs 16. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of The Ke, Modernization Of Met Tram Lines In The City Of Košice, 2Nd Stage, Učs 16 As Defined In More Detail In The Terms Of The Contract And Its Annexes. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Individual Construction Objects (So) And Operating Files (Ps) In Accordance With The Project Documentation, Which Forms An Annex To The Work Contract. The Detailed Definition, Scope And Technical Solution Of Individual Construction Objects And Operating Sets Are Given In The Project Documentation And Other Documents Of The Public Contracting Authority (Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Contract). The Result Of The Public Procurement Will Be A Contract For The Work Concluded In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 536 Et Seq. Act No. 513/1991 Coll., Commercial Code As Amended, Between The Successful Bidder (Contractor) And The Public Procurement Officer (Customer) (Hereinafter Referred To As The Agreement). The Content Of The Agreement Will Correspond To The Conditions Set Out In The Tender Documents And The Offer Of The Successful Bidder. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Requirements For The Implementation Of The Work, Is Provided In The Draft Contract For The Work And In Its Annexes. The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is 395 Calendar Days From The Date Of Commencement Of Work, While The Commencement Of Work Will Be Determined In Accordance With The Terms Of The Work Contract. Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract: City Of Košice, Slovak Republic, Specific Construction Site Defined By The Project Documentation And Documents Of The Public Contracting Authority. In Accordance With § 38 Par. 4 Zvo The Public Contracting Authority Requires That The Following Essential Tasks Be Performed Directly By The Applicant Or A Member Of The Group Of Suppliers With Their Own Personal And Technical Capacities: 1.
