Facade Work – New Grebben Primary School Building/Prefabricated Façade/Clinker Brick Work. Building Description: The School Property Is In A Heterogeneous Urban Location. A Striking Stand Of Trees, Especially On The Southern Periphery Of The Property, Creates The Impression Of A School In The Park. The Construction Site Is Limited By The Existing Bus Right Of Way, Which Is Worth Preserving, And By The Location Of The Existing School Building. The Existing Building Can Only Be Demolished After The Move To The New School Building. The Two-Wing New School Building Is Located Between The Existing Building, The Bus Driveway And The Sports Hall. The Two Offset Building Wings Create Enclosed And Spatially Defined Areas For The Entrance Forecourt And, On The Garden Side, For The Green Schoolyard. The Arrangement Of The Building Ensures Effective Sound Insulation Of The School Area From Karl-Arnold-Straße And The Northeastern Commercial Areas. The Remarkable Existing Trees Will Be Protected By The New Building And Included In The Ensemble Design. The Entrance Area And The Exit To The Schoolyard Are Located On The Ground Floor And Are Therefore Covered. Choice Of Material And Construction Method, Structural Concept The 2-Story Building Structure Is Planned In Reinforced Concrete. The Interior Hallway Walls Are Made Of Exposed Concrete. The Vertical Loads Are Essentially Introduced Into The Foundation Components Without Any Supporting Structures. All Stairwells And Access Shafts Are Planned As Building-Bracing Cores In Solid Construction. The Horizontal Loads Are Transferred To The Wall Panels Floor By Floor Via The Ceiling Panels. The Large Cafeteria Area Can Be Realized Without Beams; The Floor Ceiling Is Supported By Round Supports On The Ground Floor And The Wall-Like Beam On The Upper Floor. Facade The Facade Surface Consists Of Brick Facing Masonry. Doors And Windows Are Primarily Planned As Post-And-Beam Constructions. Perforated Sheet Metal Cassettes Are Provided At A Distance In Front Of The Opening Leaves As Fall Protection. The Horizontal Exposed Concrete Elements Protrude And Emphasize The Storeys Of The Building. Sun Protection Is Provided Via An External Vertical Awning Made Of Textile Polyester Fabric With Lateral, Windproof Guidance In Rails. Construction Phases The Implementation Takes Place In 2 Construction Phases. The New Building Will Be Built On The Northern Part Of The Property. During The Construction Phase, The Southern Part Of The Property With The Existing Building Will Be Separated By A Construction Fence. The Entrances To The Existing School And The Sports Hall Are Freely Accessible. After Completion Of The New Building, The Existing Building Will Be Demolished And The Southern Open Spaces Will Be Added.
