Company Health Services – Provision, Operation, Conception And Marketing Of A Web-Based Platform To Support Company Health Management (Bgm) For Aok-Nordost. Provision, Operation, Conception And Marketing Of A Web-Based Platform To Support The Clients Corporate Health Management (Bgm), Including A Marketplace For Health Offers/Benefits, The Possibility Of Integrating In-House Offers And The Provision Of Health Information/Content. The Clients Approximately 4,400 Employees Use The Platform And Its Services. Requirements For The Marketplace For Health Offers And Benefits: The Contractor Provides A Marketplace For Health Offers, Courses, Products And Benefits Within The Platform. The Marketplace Serves To Provide The Clients Employees With A Central Booking Platform For Health-Related Services. The Services Offered Can Be Provided By The Contractor Himself And/Or By Quality-Tested Third-Party Providers. Offer Portfolio: The Contractor Must Provide A Broad Portfolio Of Regional And Digital Health Courses/Offers And Products On The Platform. It Must Be Ensured That All Of The Following Types Of Offers Are Represented And That There Is No One-Sided Focus On Individual Types Of Offers. The Types Of Offers Listed Below Must Be Included Regularly And To An Appropriate Extent In The Overall Portfolio: - Prevention Offers/Courses In Accordance With Sections 20 And 20B Of The Fifth Book Of The Social Code (Sgb V) - Sports And Health Offers/Courses Not Certified In Accordance With Sections 20 And 20B Sgb V - Health-Related Products. In Addition To Classic Prevention And Health Courses, The Offer Portfolio Must Include At Least The Following Categories Of Non-Classic Health Offers: - Massages - Memberships In Fitness Studios - Online Fitness Offers - Health Trips - Training Accessories (E.G. Fascia Rollers, Balance Boards Or Comparable Training Devices) - Ergonomic Office Equipment (E.G. Office Chairs, Desks Or Electrically Height-Adjustable Desk Frames) Regional Health Offers: The Contractor Must Ensure That During The Contract Term At Least 1,400 Regional Health Offers Can Be Booked. This Minimum Quantity Must Be Achieved In Full Within Six Months Of The Start Of The Contract At The Latest. To Ensure A Continuous Development Of The Portfolio, The Following Minimum Scale Must Be Adhered To: - From The Start Of The Contract: At Least 500 Regional Health Offers - Until The End Of The 2Nd Month: At Least 800 Regional Health Offers - Until The End Of The 4Th Month: At Least 1,000 Regional Health Offers - Until The End Of The 5Th Month: At Least 1,200 Regional Health Offers - Until The End Of The 6Th Month: At Least 1,400 Regional Health Offers After The Expiry Of The The Full Minimum Quantity Must Be Ensured Permanently In The Sixth Month.
