(Ii) If Any Above Ht Equipment And Connected Items Become Breakdown, The Contractor Shall Loacate The Problem/Fault At Site Within 12 Hours On Intimation By Je/Engineer-In-Charge And Ensure That The Fault To Be Rectified Within 48 Hours, Failing Which An Amount Of Rs 200 /- Per Hour Will Be Recovered As A Penal Recovery From Any Payment Due To Contractor After Expiry Of 48 Hours.
