Air Pumps – Delivery And Installation Of Reversible Air Heat Pumps Mounted On The Back Or Side Of Lrss Telecommunications Cabinets In 15 Locations In The Lublin Voivodeship. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Reversible Air Heat Pumps Mounted On The Back Or Side Of The Telecommunications Cabinets Of The Lublin Regional Broadband Network In 15 Locations In The Lublin Voivodeship, 2) As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Inspect The Location Of Places Intended For Installation Of Heat Pumps; - Preparation Of As-Built Documentation For The Ventilation Industry In The Field Of Heat Pump Installation; - Preparation Of As-Built Documentation For The Electrical Industry, Including The Connection Of Heat Pumps To The Existing Electrical Installation; - Preparing Measurements Together With A Bill Of Materials (Ventilation And Electrical Industry) For Each Telecommunications Cabinet Separately; - Delivery And Installation Of Complete Heat Pump Systems And Connection To Existing Telecommunications Cabinet Installations; - Carrying Out Tests After Starting The Heat Pumps And Checking The Correct Operation; - Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees In Operation; - Providing Acceptance Documentation (Measurement And Test Reports) And As-Built Documentation. 3) The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Order Brand New, Of Full Value And Manufactured In Accordance With Applicable Norms And Standards. 4) All Necessary Information Regarding The Locations Covered By The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 5) The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Delivered Reversible Air Heat Pumps Along With All Works Performed Under The Subject Of The Order, Including Works Carried Out By Subcontractors. The Length Of The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers In This Procedure. 6) During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Periodic Service Inspections Required To Maintain The Warranty Free Of Charge. 7) The Remuneration For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Paid As Follows: - 70% Of The Total Gross Value Of The Order Will Be Paid Within 21 Days From The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Party Of The Correct Invoice Issued After Signing The Acceptance Report For The Delivery Of Reversible Heat Pumps Without Any Reservations; - 30% Of The Total Gross Order Value Will Be Paid Within 21 Days From The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Party Of The Correct Invoice Issued After Signing The Final Assembly Acceptance Report Without Any Reservations. 8) Detailed Information Regarding The Order And The Warranty Conditions Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Essential Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
