1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Continuation Of The Task - Construction Of A Municipal Nursery With Technical Infrastructure, First Equipment And Land Development In Baczyna At Ul. Urocza, On The Plot With Registration Number 132/2, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Construction Works Consisting In Completing The Investment Task Called: Construction Of A Service Building Serving As A Nursery Along With Technical Infrastructure, First Equipment And Land Development In Baczyn. The Order Includes: 1. Completion Of Works Started By The Previous Contractor And Execution Of Other Works Necessary To Start Using The Facility.2. Verification Of The Correct Execution And Operation Of All Installations And Equipment In The Facility, And In The Event Of Operational Irregularities, Determining The Causes And Determining The Actions Necessary To Obtain Appropriate Operational Parameters.3. Performing Tests, Inspections, Adjustments Of The Networks And Installations Performed By The Previous Contractor And Combining Them With Those Performed As A Result Of This Order.4. Execution Of Works And Deliveries Described In Swz And Annexes To Swz, Stwior Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities, Work Inventory.5. Interior Design In Accordance With The Attached Arrangement Design Along With The First Equipment. 6. Commissioning And Commissioning Of The Complete Facility.7. Obtaining A Permit To Use The Facility On Behalf Of The Ordering Party.2. In The Scope Of The Order Covering The First Equipment For The Municipal Nursery In Accordance With The Design Documentation Attached To The Swz. The First Equipment Should Include The Elements Listed In The Design Documentation, Including: 1) Equipment For Individual Rooms (Furniture, Cots, Cabinets, Tables, Chairs, Changing Tables) 2) Kitchen Equipment (Furniture, Place For Heating Food, Devices For Sterilizing Bottles And Pacifiers, 3) Equipment Sanitary Facilities (Hand Dryers, Soap Dispensers, Containers For Paper Towels, Waste Bins, Mirrors, Hangers), 4) Other Elements Such As: Window Blinds Or Internal Wooden Blinds And External Roller Blinds, Cloakroom Equipment, Lighting Of Individual Rooms, Wall Decoration. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Equipment And Appliances That Are Brand New, Of Full Value, Free From Defects, Fully Functional, Without The Rights And Encumbrances Of Third Parties. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Notify The Ordering Party Of An Individual Batch Of Deliveries In Good Time, At Least 3 Business Days Before The Planned Date Of Each Delivery. The Contractor Will Deliver Complete Devices And Equipment With All Cables, Components, Etc. Necessary For Its Proper Use. If It Is Justified By The Type Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Assembly, Installation And Commissioning, And In The Case Of Electronic Equipment, Also Initial Training. During The Final Settlement With The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare And Attach To The Final Acce
