The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of An Internal Road In The Town Of Chojny, Lututów Commune, Wieruszów Poviat, Located On Plots With Registration Numbers 525, 42/3 - District 0002 Chojny, With A Surface Made Of A Mineral-Asphalt Mixture, 4.0 M Wide, With A Widening Of Up To 5.0 M At The Beginning Of The Road At The Point Of Connection With The District Road No. 4535E Along The Length 20 Meters The Beginning Of The Works Was Assumed At The Edge Of The Road Of The District Road 4535E At The End Of The Existing Bituminous Surface And The Assumed Kilometer Was 0+000, And The End Was At Km+567. Scope Of Works For The Entire Construction Project: 1) Preparatory Works (Marking The Construction Site) And Measuring Works (Marking Out The Road And The Boundaries Of The Road), 2) Execution Of Earthworks At The Connection With The Road Of The District Road And Unearthing The Telephone Cable And Installing Protective Pipes, Backfilling And Compacting The Excavation;3) Profiling And Compacting The Subsoil From The Existing Subgrade,4) Renovating The Culvert: Digging Out The Embankment Dike, Insulating The Pipe Joints, Installing Prefabricated Heads At The Outlet And Inlet Of The Culvert;5) Desilting The Roadside Ditch On The Left Side On The Section 0+315 To 0+410 Along With Profiling The Slopes And Bottom Of The Ditch;6) Construction Of A Foundation Layer Of Crushed Aggregate At A Width Of 4.0-5.0 M: - Lower Layer Of A 0/63 Gr. Mixture. 20 Cm, - Top Layer Made Of A Mixture Of 0/31.5 Gr. 5 Cm;7) Surface Made Of Mma Ac 11S Thick. 5 Cm;8) Construction Of An Embankment Along The Width Of The Roadsides, Using Soil From The Excavation And Delivered With Compaction;9) Laying A Layer Of Aggregate On The Roadsides And Entrances Up To The Level Of The Road Edge, Made Of A 0/31.5 Gr Mixture. 15 Cm;10) Setting Up Vertical Markings.
