The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Infrastructure And Flood Protection. The Project Involves The Reconstruction Of The Water Intake At The Karolinka Water Treatment Plant In Kończyce Małe At Ul. Staffa 32, In The Zebrzydowice Commune. The Facility Is Located Within The Borders Of The Zebrzydowice Commune And Serves The Commune For Treatment And Improvement Of Water Parameters, Providing The Communes Apartments With Drinking Water. As A Result Of The Flood In September 2024, The S-1 - S-12 Drinking Water Intake, Including 13 Dug And Infiltration Wells, Was Flooded And Damaged, The Efficiency Of The Water Intake Decreased And The Water Was Contaminated. The Necessary Works Related To Restoring The Functionality Of The Damaged Infrastructure Requiring Reconstruction Include: Construction Of Concrete Bands Around Wells S-1, S-2, S-6, S-8, S-9, S-10, S-11; S-12A And S-12B; Replacement Of Manholes; Raising The Well Lining By 1.0 M Above The Ground In S-3, S-4, S 5; Replacement Of The S-11 Well Along With The Replacement Of The Section Of The Network Discharging The Captured Water; Replacement Of The S-12 Well Along With Replacement Of The Existing Fittings And Replacement Of The Manhole; Replacement Of Drainage Pipes; Rainwater Will Be Discharged From The S-1 To S-12 Water Intake Area To The Existing Drainage Canal. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting Of: - Reconstruction Of Infrastructure And Flood Protection Of The Drinking Water Intake, Consisting Of A Set Of Dug Wells From S-1 To S-12 Connected By Drainage Lines: - Reconstruction (Replacement) Of Drainage Lines Together With Infiltration Deposits Between Dug Wells, - Replacement Of Wells Dug S-11 Wells With A Diameter Of 180 Cm And A Depth Of 3.5 M Along With The Replacement Of Fittings And Manholes, Supplementing The Waterproofing Of The Wells And Replacing 12 A Wells With A Diameter Of 230 And A Depth Of 5 M - Raising The Wells At Least 1.0 M Above The Ground, Using Tight Well Covers, - Replacing Fittings In The Collecting Well, - Sealing The Area By Using Concrete Bands Around The Wells, - Replacing The Connection (Internal Installation) Between The Raw Water Reservoir And The S-1 Intake; S-12, - Drainage Of The Intake Area By Discharging Rainwater Into The Existing Drainage Channel.
