1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Educational Services Consisting In Organizing And Conducting Postgraduate Studies In The Field Of: Aviation Law And Safety Management In Aviation Organizations Dedicated To Pilots, Hems Crew Members And Ems Pilots, Instructors And Administrative Staff. The Studies Are Aimed At Improving Participants Competences In The Field Of Regulations Governing The Aviation Industry, Implementation And Supervision Of The Safety Management System, Compliance Monitoring System And Effective Response In Crisis Situations. The Condition For Participation In Postgraduate Studies Is That The Candidate Must Have At Least A Bachelors Degree Or Equivalent. A Detailed Description Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order). The Terms Of The Order Execution Were Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Annex No. 2 To The Swz).
