The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion And Superstructure Of The Garage Part At The Volunteer Fire Department Building In Krzemieniewo, Plot No. 52; 53/1 Krzemieniew Surveying District Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Garage At The Volunteer Fire Department In Krzemieniewo. The Scope Of The Order Includes: − Expansion And Superstructure In The Form Of A Traditional Brick Garage At The Volunteer Fire Department Building In Krzemieniewo, − Execution Of Electrical, Lightning Protection And Grounding Installations, − Construction Of Sanitary Installations With Sanitary Sewage, − Supplementation Of The Fence With A Gate Entrance Road. Please Note!!! The Order Does Not Include Hardening The Area. 2.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Works Are Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting An Annex To Swz.2.4. The Contractor, On His Own And At His Own Expense, Will: • Arrange The Construction Site And Construction Facilities, And After Completing The Work, Restore The Area To Its Original Condition, • Mark And Secure The Construction Site.2.5. The Contractor Will Be Fully Liable For Accidents And Damages Resulting From Incorrect Marking Of The Construction Site, Failure To Maintain Order And Lack Of Attention To The Cleanliness And Condition Of The Construction Site And The Roads Adjacent To It, As Well As For Other Unmentioned Damages Resulting From The Performance Of The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order.2.6. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Protecting Underground Installations And Devices, Ensuring Their Proper Marking And Protection Against Damage During The Works.2.7. The Contractor Will Bear All Costs Related To Restoring The Original Condition Of The Surroundings.2.8. All Demolition Elements Suitable For Reuse Are The Property Of The Ordering Party, While Elements Recognized As Waste Should Be Disposed Of By The Contractor On His Own And At His Own Expense. The Material Obtained From Excavations Will Be Used In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Dalaków Commune.2.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations And Standards And In Compliance With Health And Safety Regulations. The Contractor Also Guarantees The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Under The Supervision Of Persons With The Required Professional Preparation To Perform Independent Technical Functions In Construction.2.10. Equivalent Offers If The Design Documentation Or Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin In Relation To Certain Materials Or Devices - The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Offering Equivalent Materials Or Devices.
