1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Implementation (Execution) Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Rainwater Drainage System At Ul. Constitution Of May 3 In Łazy - In The Design And Build Formula.2. The Construction Works Necessary To Complete This Investment Were Divided Into Three Implementation Stages, I.E.: 1) Stage I - Cleaning And Tv Inspection Along With A Report For The Existing Section Of The Storm Sewerage System Located In Stefana Okrzei Street (From The Intersection With Ul. Tartaczna To The Intersection With Ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja); 2) Stage Ii - Replacement Of The Existing Section Of The Rainwater Drainage System In Ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja (From The Intersection With Ul. Polna To The Beginning Of The Concrete Footbridge - A Rectangular Channel Covered With Prefabricated Slabs); 3) Stage Iii - Cleaning Of The Existing Rectangular Duct Covered With Prefabricated Slabs Located Under The Railway Viaduct Along Ul. Constitution Of May 3. Renovation Works Will Be Accompanied By The Dismantling Of 6 Existing Storm Drains With Storm Drains And The Construction Of 8 New Storm Drains With Storm Drains. As Part Of Stage Iii, The Surface Will Be Replaced Over The Entire Width Of The Road.3. The Scope Of The Order Was Divided Into Three Phases: 1) Phase I - Execution Phase, I.E. Execution Of Construction Works Including Phase I, I.E. Cleaning And Tv Inspection Along With A Report For The Existing Section Of The Storm Sewage System With A Length Of Approximately 193 M (Diameter Dn 400 Mm) And 13 M (Diameter Dn 500 Mm), Which Is Located In Stefana Okrzei Street (From The Intersection With Ul. Tartaczna To The Intersection From Ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja). There Are 4 Sewage Wells Built On The Described Section;2) Phase Ii - Phase Of Design Work Regarding Stages Ii And Iii, Which Includes, In Particular, Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For This Investment On The Basis Of The Pfu, Along With Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions For Its Implementation;3) Phase Iii - Execution Phase, I.E. Execution Of Construction Works Described In The Prepared Design Documentation And Stwiorb Regarding Stages Ii And Iii, As Well As Exercising Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Attached To The Procedure, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order In Question Are Also Specified In The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.5. Warranty: The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Minimum 60-Month Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order. Note: The Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor Is A Non-Price Criterion For Evaluating The Offers In These Proceedings.
