The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Titled: Construction Of A Civil Protection And Civil Defense Warehouse. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Complete Building Including The Submission Of An Application For An Occupancy Permit. The Subject Of The Order (Investment) Is The Construction Of A Civil Protection And Civil Defense Warehouse, Which Includes The Main Warehouse And A Warehouse With A Garage For Civil Defense Vehicles, Which Will Be Built In Place Of The Existing Garage Building, Scheduled For Demolition. The Investment Will Be Located Entirely On The Investors Plot, I.E. In Choceń, At Ul. Grabowa 8, On Plot No. 472, Choceń District. The Plot Is Developed And Has The Necessary Infrastructure. There Are Buildings Of The District Road Authority In Chocen - An Office And Social Building, 2 Garage And Warehouse Buildings (Including One Of Them, Located Closer To The North-Eastern Border Of The Plot, Is Intended For Demolition), 2 Small Technical Buildings, Intended For Demolition According To A Separate Procedure. The Plot Has The Necessary Infrastructure, I.E. A Water Connection With A Fire Hydrant, An Electricity Connection And A Septic Tank For Liquid Waste. A Photovoltaic Installation Is Located In The Western Part Of The Plot. The Plot Has Public Exits From The District Road (Division No. 471, Choceń District - Ul. Grabowa) And Is Fenced.
