1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Brand New Rescue Equipment For Fire Protection Units.2. The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Have Appropriate Approvals And Certificates, Meet The Requirements Arising From Applicable Regulations And Technical Standards, And Be Approved For Use In The National Rescue And Firefighting System.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Rescue And Fire-Fighting Equipment Meet The Technical, Operational And Functional Parameters Specified In Annex 2.1. To Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order).4. The Features And Technical Parameters Of The Offered Equipment Must Be Confirmed By The Contractor By Means Of Evidence In The Form Of Catalog Cards, Brochures Or Manufacturers Operating Instructions.
