Engineering-Related Scientific And Technical Services – Liminka-Oulu Double Track, Soil Surveys, Framework Agreement. In The Liminka–Oulu Double Track Project, The Capacity, Smoothness And Operational Reliability Of The Track Section Are Improved By Building A New Track Next To The Existing One. The Goals Of The Project Include: • Increase The Capacity Of The Track Section And Reduce Sensitivity To Disturbances. Liminka–Oulu Is Currently A Single-Track Bottleneck Between Ylivieska And Oulu. The Double Track Enables Smoother Traffic And Reduces Delays. • Improves The Functionality Of Passenger And Goods Traffic. The Project Supports Both Growing Passenger Traffic And Heavy Goods Traffic. The Goal Is Better Coordination And Shorter Travel Times. • Raises The Technical Level And Enables An Increase In Speed. Target Speed: 200 Km/H For Passenger Trains. Two Corrections Will Be Built To Reach The Target Speed. Lifting Axle Weight: 250 Kn. • Improves The Functionality Of Traffic Locations. Changes Will Be Made To Traffic Points In Liminga, Kempele And Oulu. The Norwegian Railways Agency Has Decided To Enter Into 4-Year Framework Agreements For The Implementation Of Soil And Bed Surveys And Environmental Sampling. The Goal Of The Acquisition Is To Enable Efficient Production Of High-Quality Research Material. On The Basis Of This Framework Contract, The Client Will Perform The Following Tasks: Performing And Analyzing The Design Assignments And Soil And Ground Investigations During Construction, As Well As Environmental Sampling Related To The Liminka-Oulu Double Track Project. The Assignments Are Located Between Liminka And Oulu. Despite The Starting Point Stated Above, Assignments According To The Framework Agreement Can Also Be Given In Other, I.E. In New Projects That May Start On The Track Section During The Contract Period. The Content Of The Tasks Included In The Service Is Defined In More Detail In The Assignment-Specific Orders And Contracts. The Amount Of Work To Be Performed Under The Framework Arrangement Is Estimated To Be 2,000,000 Euros In Total During The Validity Period Of The Framework Arrangement, Excluding Value Added Tax. The Framework Arrangement Is Concluded With At Least Three (If There Are Less Than 3 Accepted Offers, The Framework Arrangement Can Also Be Concluded With One Or Two Operators) And With A Maximum Of Four Suppliers. Place 4 Is Included In The Framework Arrangement, If The Difference Between The Comparison Price Of The Accepted Offer For That Place And The Cheapest One Is Less Than 15%.
