The Object Of The Procurement Is The Construction Of A Senior Center In Lassila, Helsinki, As A Fixed-Price Sr Contract Including, In Addition To Construction Technical Work, All Hvac Work And All Necessary Planning. The Object To Be Built Is Located In The Haaga District In Lassila, East Of The Ring Road. The Project Is Demolition New Construction. In The Current Block 29176, 3 Residential Buildings Of Helsingin Kaupungin Asunnot Oy (Heka) Completed In 1978 And Their Yards Will Be Demolished. As An Option, 1 Residential Building And Yard Of Helsingin Kaupungin Asunnot Oy (Heka) Completed In 1978 Will Be Demolished In Block 29175. In The Project, It Is Planned To Run A Long-Term 24/7 Senior Center For The Social And Health Sector Of The City Of Helsinki (Sotepe). In The Project, A Senior Center Will Be Built, Which Is Functionally Connected To The Current Service Building In Hopeatie.
