Architectural And Related Services – Appointment Of The Project Author For The Reconstruction Of The Cock Installation Of The Royal Athenaeum Of Ganshoren. The Services Include The Design And Monitoring Of The Execution Of The Works Of The Aforementioned Project. Fees Are Subject To An Award Criterion: The Fee Rate Must Be Between 9.50% And 11.50%. The Estimated Amount Of Work At The Sketch Stage Is Capped At €20,580,570 Excluding Vat. On This Basis, The Amount Of Fees Is Therefore Estimated At The Sketch Stage Between €1,955,154 And €2,366,766 Excluding Vat. The Services Are Based On At Least 9 Required Skills: Architecture, Stability, Special Techniques, Peb, Signage Design, Acoustics, Landscape, Urban Planning, Furniture Design. The Identification Of Economic Operators (Whose Arrangements Are Specified In Annex 1A) Assuming These Skills Will Be Divided Into 3 Stages: [Step 1]: At The Stage Of Requests For Participation, Only Architecture Skills And Landscape And Town Planning Skills Are Requested And Therefore Evaluated. Please Note: Under Article 78 And The Law Of June 17, 2016, For This Contract, The Candidate Will Include (All) The Economic Operator(S) Whose Capacity Is Mobilized To Meet The Selection Conditions (Minimum Specific Levels Required) Relating To The Technical And Professional Capacity Attached To The Skills Deemed Essential. In Fact, The Minimum Levels Target Tasks Deemed Essential For This Market. These Economic Operators Cannot Therefore Be Third Parties (Subcontractor, Consultant, Etc.), Except Partners Or Collaborators With Relevant Previous Experience As Associates Or Collaborators Within A Previous Structure Or Alone, Under The Conditions Detailed In Appendix 01.A (Selection Guide). [Step 2]: At The Stage Of Producing Offers, Successful Candidates Will Also Have To Assume The Following Additional Skills: Stability, Special Techniques, Peb, Acoustics. A Fixed Compensation Of 14,400.00 Euros Is Granted To Candidates For The Production Of Their Offer. [Step 3]: At The Stage Of Execution Of The Contract, The Successful Bidder Must Also Assume The Furniture Design And Signage Design Skills. The Attention Of The Project Author Is Drawn To The Fact That The Project Benefits From Subsidies, Which Implies Compliance With Specific Execution Conditions (Deadlines, Etc.) Detailed In The Specifications. The Market Is Divided Into Tranches: Tranche 1: Sketch; Tranche 2: Preliminary Project; Tranche 3: Permit Application(S); Tranche 4: Final Project And Technical Assistance For The Award Of Works Contracts; Phase 5: Monitoring The Execution Of The Work. Only The First Portion Of The Contract (Sketch) Is Firm, The Others Are Conditional. The Conditions For Lifting Conditional Tranches Are Detailed In The Specifications.
