Copernik Province Multi-Specialized Oncology And Traumatology Center Łódź. In Particular, The Subject Of This Agreement Includes: Performance Of Construction And Installation Works Based On The Design Documentation And: A. Preparation Of Industry As-Built Documentation B. Organizing And Carrying Out The Necessary Tests, Examinations, Measurements And Acceptances, As Well As Final Acceptance Of All Works That Are The Subject Of The Order, C. Preparing On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Notice Of The Commencement And Completion Of Works And Obtaining Permits Required By Law Necessary For The Construction Of The Facility And Putting It Into Use (If Required).
