Request For Proposalspurposethe City Is Seeking Proposals From Experienced And Qualified Contractors For The Rental Of A Structure Tent And Other Event Supplies For The City’S Temporary Ice Rink.Backgroundthe City Of Surrey Operates A Temporary Real-Ice Rink In Surrey Civic Plaza (12450 104 Avenue Surrey, Bc) From November To The End Of February. This Approximately 4000 Square Foot Rink And 4000 Square Foot Public Space Requires A Large Tent. See Schedule A-1 For A Diagram Showing The Plaza, Tent And Rink.Project Scope And Effortthe Contractor Shall Provide Everything Needed To Meet All The Requirements Of The Agreement Including, Without Limitation All Labour, Materials, Tools And Equipment, Transportation, And On-Site Supervision To Perform And Provide The Services.Services Shall Include But Not Be Limited To The Supply, Delivery, Anchoring, Installation, Set Up And Removal Of The Tent And Other Related Event Supplies.Addendaif The City Determines That An Amendment Is Required To This Rfp, The City Representative Will Issue A Written Addendum By Posting It On The Bc Bid Website At Www.Bcbid.Gov.Bc.Ca And The City Website At Www.Surrey.Ca (Collectively, The “Websites”), And Upon Posting, Any Addenda Will Form Part Of This Rfp.
