The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is: Design For Facilities In The Territory Served By V And K Ood - Gabrovo For Specific Positions Separate Position No. 1 - Design For The Site: Development Of A Pup - Pp For The Reconstruction Of The Existing Supply Water Pipeline (Eastern Diversion) For The Town Of Sevlievo With A Diversion For The Village Of Bogatovo, Sevlievo Municipality, Gabrovo Region Separate Position No. 2 - Design For The Site: Construction Of A New Additional Water Pipeline To The Trnito Station And Reconstruction Of The Existing Push Water Pipeline From The Trnito Station To The Trnito Station, Municipality Of Gabrovo, Gabrovo Region Separate Item No. 3 – Project Design: Replacement (Reconstruction) Of The Internal Water Network Of The Village Of Zhaltesh, Gabrovo Municipality, Gabrovo Region Separate Position No. 4 – Design For The Site: Construction Of A New Additional Connection To The Pressure Water Reservoir Of The Village Of Kozi Rog From An Existing Water Pipe From The Pressure Water Reservoir Of The Village Of Zdravkoves, Gabrovo Municipality, Gabrovo Region Separate Position No. 5 – Design For The Site: Replacement (Reconstruction) Of Internal Water Network And Construction Of A New Sewer Network Of Sq. Andreevo, Town Of Gabrovo, Municipality Of Gabrovo, Region Of Gabrovo The Contracting Authority Will Take Advantage Of The Opportunities Provided By Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, In Connection With Which, Within The Framework Of This Order, Only Separate Items No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4 And No. 5 Are Awarded With A Total Estimated Value Of €45,550.00 (Forty-Five Thousand Five Hundred And Fifty Euros) Excluding Vat. Bidders May Submit Bids Only For Designated Item No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4 And No. 5. The Remaining Part Of The Order - Separate Items No. 6, No. 7, No. 8 And No. 9 With A Total Value Of €10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Euros) Excluding Vat, The Contracting Authority Will Assign According To The Order Valid For The Individual Value Of Each Of The Single Items, On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act - The Estimated Value Of Each Individual Item Falls Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. ​​​​​​​ The Public Procurement For Each Of The Individual Positions Is Executable Under The Conditions Described In The Guidelines, Technical Specifications For Design And Draft Contract For The Respective Individual Position, Part Of The Documentation For Participation In The Procedure. ​​​​​​​
