The Subject Scope Of The Award Includes The Following Activities: Activity 1: Design - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase; According To Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation. The Project Development Should Include At Least The Following Parts: Architecture Part Part Constructions Part Geodesy Vertical Layout Part Part Electro Part Safety And Health Plan Projects For The Sports Field Should Be Submitted On Paper In 3 (Three) Original Copies And 1 (One) Copy In Digital Format (In .Pdf, .Doc, .Xls, .Dwg Format). The Project Must Include Products (Materials And Products) That Correspond To The Technical Specifications Of The Regulations In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria. Products Must Have Assessed Compliance With The Essential Requirements Set Out In The Law On Technical Requirements For Products. Activity 2: Construction/Smr - According To The Approved Investment Project, Which Should Include The Following Estimated Activities: 1 Making A Surface Excavation With An Average Depth Of 50 Cm, Loading And Removing The Excavated Earth Masses 2. Making A Drainage System In A Trench With Drainage Pipes On A Sand Substrate, Incl. Backfilling With Fraction 3. Delivery And Laying Of Sewer Pvc Pipes From The Drainage And Construction Of Collection Shafts 4. Delivery And Laying Of Fraction 0-63 Mm, Kr=1.1 On The Surface Trench, Layer 30 Cm, Incl. Leveling And Compaction 5. Delivery And Laying Of Fraction 22-44 Mm, Kr=1.1 In A Layer Of 10 Cm, Incl. Leveling And Compaction 6. Making A Strip Formwork For A Concrete Base 7. Delivery And Laying Of Reinforcing Mesh Ǿ 8, Grid 20/20, 2 X 4 8. Supply Of Concrete C 25/30 For A Concrete Slab With A Thickness Of 12 Cm, Casting, Leveling, Vibrating, Grinding And Impregnation Of The Concrete 9. Delivery Of Artificial Grass Cover With A Height Of 40 Mm, Incl. Quartz Sand, Sbr Rubber Granules And White Stripes For Marking The Playing Field 10. Construction Of A Fence Structure - Metal Stakes, Horizontal And Diagonal Connections 11. System For Fastening The Net With Steel Rods 12. Delivery And Installation Of Metal Mesh Up To A Height Of 2.00 M - Wire Ǿ 3.9 Mm With Pvc Coating And Entrance Doors 13. Delivery And Installation Of Impact-Resistant, Protective, Textile Mesh, Made Of Polyethylene With A Density Of 3.5 Mm And Hole Openings Of 13/13 Cm, Including Galvanized Steel Tensioning Ropes Complete With Cleats, Tensioners And Nails 14. Construction Of A Lighting Network, Including Corrugated Pipes, Cables, Etc. Boxes, Electric Fuses, Grounding, Stands And Lighting Fixtures Led Spotlights 15. Delivery And Installation Of Football Goals 16. Construction Of A Path With Paving Slabs Or Asphalt Pavement In Front Of The Playground The Activities Indicated In The Table Were Approved By Decision No. 291 Of 04/30/2026. Of The Metropolitan Municipal Council. Activity 3: Authors Supervision - In Connection With The Exact Compliance Of The Investment Project During The Implementation Of The Smr, The Contractor, By Means Of Separate Legal Persons, Authors Of The Applicable Project Documentation In Parts, Should Carry Out Authors Supervision In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 162 Of The Zut And The Performance Contract.
