The Intent Of This Request For Proposals (“Rfp”) Is To Solicit Proposals From Qualified Building And Construction Firms/Contractors For The Design And Construction Of The Town Of Claresholm Museum Exhibit And Storage In Two Separate Phases (The “Project”):Phase 1: Pre-Construction Services For The Project. This Includes Development Of A Conceptual Plan (Drawings And Perspectives) And The Preparation Of An Opinion Of Probable Costs. This Phase Will Define The Requirements Of The Project (Function/Programming, Etc.), Budget And Schedule. This Deliverable To Be Completed August 28, 2026.Included In The Rfp Package Is A Conceptual Drawing. This Drawing Will Be Used For Reference Only.Phase 2: Upon Funding Being Successfully Obtained By The Town The Construction Drawings And Construction Phase Will Begin.
