1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of Electrical Switchboards Along With The Adaptation Of Electrical Installations In Three Operating Rooms Of The Independent Public Health Care Center In Świdnik And The Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Design And Technical Documentation) Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz;2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Inventory Of The Existing Electrical Infrastructure To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Works; 2) Dismantling Of Existing Electrical Infrastructure Elements To Be Removed Or Replaced; 3) Modernization Of Electrical Switchboards Serving Three Operating Rooms; 4) Replacement, Adaptation And Installation Of Electrical Equipment; 5) Replacement And Laying Of Cabling; 6) Installation Of Strips, Channels And Electrical Installation Elements; 7) Installation Of Led Lighting Fixtures Meeting The Requirements For Operating Rooms; 8) Replacement And Adjustment Of Transformers Separation Units To The Current Needs Of The Operating Theater;9) Replacement And Adaptation Of Power Supply Devices, Including Ups/Energy Storage Units, Ensuring Proper And Safe Functioning Of The Operating Theater;10) Ensuring The Functionality Of Electrical Sockets In The Operating Theater Required By The Ordering Party;11) Making The Necessary Connections, Tests, Checks, Measurements And Commissioning;12) Preparing As-Built Documentation;13) Providing The Ordering Party With Acceptance, Measurement, Warranty And Operational Documents.
