1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Entitled: Performance Of All Construction Works And Works In Connection With The Implementation Of The Gliwice Citizens Budget No. 188 Entitled: Renovation Of The Existing City Square Located At Ul. Czajki/Czapli (Plot No. 741, Sikornik Precinct).2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Works In Accordance With The Land Development Project Obtained By The Ordering Party, Prepared By The Design Studio Pracownia - Wojciech Pyttel, Together With The Greenery Design And Guidelines Developed By A Dendrologist - Hereinafter Referred To As The Project.3. Scope Of The Order: As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Work Specified In The Project, In Particular: 3.1. Reconstruction Of The Existing Green Area, Taking Into Account The Preservation Of The Existing Pedunculate Oak And The Separation Of A Third Flower Bed, 3.2. Dismantling And Disposal Of The Existing Surface Made Of Concrete Slabs, Along With Removing The Substructure To The Extent Necessary To Create A New Surface.3.3. Construction Of A New Surface With Concrete Paving Stones Laid In A Centric Arrangement With A Band Limiting The Scope Of The New Surface (Without Root Amputation), 3.4. Dismantling Existing Retaining Walls, Along With The Removal And Management Of Demolition Materials.3.5. Delivery And Assembly Of Gabion Baskets With Stone Filling And Construction Of The Necessary Foundations And Structural Elements.3.6. Implementation Of New Plantings Including Trees, Shrubs, Perennials And Cover Plants - In Accordance With The Design, 3.7. Lowering Flower Bed A (Marking According To The Design), 3.8. Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements, In Particular Park Benches.3.9. Ensuring Constant Supervision Of A Dendrologist During The Implementation Of Works.3.10. Obtaining An Arborists Opinion And Conducting A Tomographic Examination Of The Existing Pedunculate Oak Using The In Clino Method.
