The Server Specified In Section 1:1) Is Brand New And Unused, Not Regenerated, 2) Is Complete, 3) Meets The Requirements Specified In The Swz, 4) Is Free From Rights And Liabilities Of Third Parties, 5) Is Free From Physical And Legal Defects. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order In The Original Packaging To The Seat Of The Rydułtowy City Hall, Ul. Ofiar Terroru 36, 44-280 Rydułtowy.
