The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Power Generator In Connection With The Implementation Of The Cybersecure Local Government Grant Project By The Ordering Party. The Scope Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Delivery, Assembly (Setting), Connection, First Start-Up And Configuration Of The Power Generator (1 Pc.). Basic Parameters Of The Unit: - Maximum Power Of The Unit Min. 66Kva (52Kw), - Maximum Generator Engine Power Min. 87 Hp, - Voltage: 400/230 V, - Enclosed, Soundproofed, - Water-Cooled Diesel Engine, - Dimensions (Length X Width X Height) Not More Than 2300 X 1100 X 1800 Mm, - Dead Weight With Liquids, Without Fuel Not More Than 1,300 Kg, - Equipped With Transport Wheels To Ensure The Possibility Of Free Movement (Allocation) Of The Device. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Delivery And Connecting All The Necessary Cables (I.E. Power, Control/Signal, 230V Auxiliary Power Supply) In Such A Way That It Is Possible To Set Up, Connect And Start The Generator At A Distance Of Approximately 25 M From The Sucha Beskidzka City Hall Building. In Order To Bring The Cables To The Building, A Pvc Pipe With A Diameter Of 110 Mm Has Already Been Prepared (Under The Parking Lot Surface). The Total Length Of The Connection Specified In The Swz Is Approximately 50 M, Because Part Of The Connection Route (Approx. 25 M) Runs Through The Basement Of The Building. Cables In The Basement Should Be Placed In Cable Trays, Which Are Also Included In The Subject Of The Order. The Trays Should Be Selected According To The Cables Used. It Will Be Necessary To Make One Penetration Through A Wall With A Thickness Of Approx. 50 Cm. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Also Provide Post-Implementation Support And Conduct Training For Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Unit. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Specification Of Terms Of Procurement (Swz). Where Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process Referred To In Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law, They Should Be Treated As Examples And The Ordering Party Allows Offering Materials Or Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Ensure Technical, Functional (Utility) And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Order Documents. An Equivalent Product Does Not Have To Be Identical To The One Described In The Swz. However, It Should Provide The Expected Functionalities, Fully Confirming The Suitability Of The Product For The Intended Use And The Level Of Their Quality And Reliability. Those Materials, Devices Or Solutions Should Be Considered As Equivalent If The Main Parameters Necessary To Ensure Their Essential Function Are Not Inferior To Those Assumed In The Procurement Documents.
