Description Of The Existing Conditionthe Building Was Constructed Using The Traditional Method. The Supporting Structure Consists Of Longitudinal And Transverse Walls, Made Of Solid Bricks With Cement And Lime Mortar. Ceilings Made As Hollow Core Slabs. Gable Roof Made Of Ventilated Trough Slabs, Insulated With Thick Polystyrene. 16Cm And Covered With 2X Heat-Sealable Felt. Built-In Sewer Risers Exposed Above The Roof Covering Made Of Cast Iron Pipes. Brick Ventilation Chimneys Finished With Polystyrene And Facade Plaster And Covered With Sheet Metal.3. Scope Of Construction Works.• Renovation Of The Floor - 36.90 M2, • Renovation Of Walls And Ceilings - 125.00 M2, • Replacement Of Internal Door Joinery - 1 Set, • Renovation Of The Electrical Installation - 1 Set, • Renovation Of The Water Installation - 1 Set, • Renovation Of The Sanitary Sewage System - 1 Set, • Renovation Of The Central Heating Installation - 1 Set, • Removal And Disposal Of Waste And Debris.4. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Following Activities And Obligations: • The Contractor Is Obliged To Protect Against Access By Third Parties, In Particular Convicted Persons Placed In The Jasło Prison, During The Period Of Their Implementation Until Completion. The Cost Of Security Is Not Subject To Separate Payment, It Is Borne By The Contractor And Included In The Price Included In The Contract.• Acceptance By The Contractor Of Full Responsibility For The Materials, Tools And Devices Located On The Construction Site, And For The Safety Of People On The Construction Site,• Securing Property, Floors, Communication Routes, Etc. Near The Work Site,• Clean-Up Works After The Completion Of The Works.The Contractor Should Plan To Carry Out An On-Site Inspection At The Place Of Work In Order To Estimate The Costs And Risks On His Own Responsibility And Obtain Any Data That May Be Be Necessary In Preparing The Offer. Only Materials And Products With Approvals, Certificates And Technical Approvals Allowing A Given Product To Be Used In Construction May Be Used To Perform The Works. For Materials For Which, In Accordance With Applicable Law, Technical Approvals, Certificates Or Declarations Of Product Compliance With The Relevant Approval Or The Relevant Polish Standard Are Not Required, It Is Allowed To Present The Recommendation Of Po Ii Wb 262.9.2021 Appendix No. 1 Of The Itb Technical Approval Allowing The Use Of The Above-Mentioned Materials In Construction Or, In The Absence Thereof, The Last Itb Technical Approval Obtained By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit The Above-Mentioned Documents At Each Request Of The Ordering Partys Representative, And Upon Completion Of The Works, Submit Them Together With The Work Completion Report. In The Absence Of The Above-Mentioned Documents, It Will Not Be Possible
