4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Renovation Of Municipal Road No. 100982L, 815 Meters Long. In The Town Of Połoski On Plots No. 174 And 453.4.2 The Scope Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works, Including: - Excavation Of The Existing Surface With A Width Of Approximately 5 M And A Length Of Approximately 295 M; - Construction Of The Foundation In The Above-Mentioned Section With Mechanically Compacted Gravel; - Construction Of The First Surface With A Thickness Of 10 Cm With Mechanical Compaction, Made Of A Gravel And Concrete Mix With Fraction 0.31/5 Along The Entire Length Of The Road, I.E. 815 M;- Construction Of A Second Layer Of Surface 5 Cm Thick With Mechanical Compaction, Made Of A Gravel-Concrete Mixture With A Fraction Of 0.31/5 Along The Entire Length Of The Road, I.E. 815 M;- Channeling, Filling Of Soil Losses On The Roadsides With Their Mechanical Compaction On Both Sides Along The Entire Length Of The Road Being Renovated;- Measurement Works - Demarcations - As-Built Inventory; - Cleaning Works, - Clearing Of Bushes And Removal Of Existing Vegetation.4.3 The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: − Development Of The Material And Financial Schedule For The Investment Implementation, − Execution Of Works Based On The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works; − Preparation Of As-Built Documentation In All Industries (Including Protocols, Approval Certificates, Approvals, Information On The Granted Warranty). Additionally, The Scope Of The Order Includes: − Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, − Surveying Services And Conducting An As-Built Geodetic Inventory, − Implementation Of All Necessary Works, Works And Activities That Are Necessary For The Proper Performance And Proper Completion Of The Subject Of The Proceedings, Taking Into Account Issued Administrative Decisions, Conditions, Permits, Arrangements And Applicable Construction, Environmental Protection, Sanitary And Health And Safety Regulations, And The Employers Requirements Specified In This Tor, − Obtaining An Effective Contract On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Employer. Reporting The Commencement Of Works To The Architectural And Construction Authority Or Construction Supervision.
