The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Community Self-Help House In Nowe, Together With Land Development And The Implementation Of Construction And Installation Accessibility Elements. The Planned Expansion Will Be Carried Out On Plots No. 545/4, 546/3, 546/2, 545/5 Near The Border With Plot No. 544/3 In The Nowe Registration Area. This Order Is Covered By Building Permit Decision No. 49/2025 Of January 30, 2025. The Order Includes Elements Of Small Architecture And Technical, Sanitary, Installation And Construction Elements Resulting From The Design Documentation And Necessary For The Performance Of Construction Works And Land Development. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Supply Of Equipment For The Śds Building, In Particular Workshop Equipment, Furniture, Shelves, Tables, Chairs, Wardrobes, Catering Equipment, Braille Signs And Boards. Typhlography, Which Will Be Covered By Separate Proceedings. Note: The Procedure In Question Excludes The Purchase Of Equipment For Sections 1.4 Of The Bill Of Quantities. 2. The Scope Of Works Includes: - Bricking Up Some Of The Existing Window Openings, Combined With Enlarging The Door Opening; - Expansion Of The Śds Building With External Dimensions Of 14.0 X 30.1 M, Constituting A Separate Structural System, Separated From The Existing Building By An Expansion Joint, Expansion - Single-Story, Without A Basement; - Demolition Of Some Sidewalks And Construction Of New Paved Surfaces (Sidewalks, Access Roads And Parking Lots); - Construction Of A Ramp For Disabled People And External Stairs; - Construction Of A Rain Garden; - Reconstruction Of The Gas Installation; - Construction Of Raised Flower Beds; - Planting Greenery; - Other Renovation Works. The Works Will Be Carried Out At The Functioning Unit. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of Employees, Śds Participants, People With Disabilities And Other People Staying On The Premises Of The Facility, And Before The Commencement Of The Works, Present The Works Organization Plan To The Ordering Party For Approval, Including In Particular The Organization Of Access Routes And Access, Securing The Work Zones, Limiting Noise And Dust, Rules For The Temporary Shutdown Of Utilities And The Method Of Agreeing On Burdensome Work With The Ordering Party And The Śds Management.3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged, In Accordance With The Construction Law, After Consultation With The Ordering Party And The Competent Authority, To Formally Enable The Use Of The Facility Within The Scope Of This Order, In Particular: A) Obtain A Final Decision On The Permit To Use The Subject Of The Order, If Such A Procedure Is Required, Or B) Effectively Notify The Relevant Construction Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction, If This Path Is Appropriate, Which Is Understood As The Lack Of Objection From The Authority Wi
