1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 110176E Szydłów Kolonia - Kamocinek, Grabica Commune, Piotrkowski District, Province. Łódź Voivodeship (Section From Km 1+400 To The Junction With The Dw 473 Road At Km 2+833).2. The Scope Of Work Includes: A) Preparatory Works, B) Cutting Down Spars), Earthworks, D) Demolition Works, E) Culverts Under Exits, F) Regulation Of Ditches, G) Culvert Under Road 1+936H) Exits, I) Drainage Works), Foundation For Widenings, K) Surface, Asphalt Road, Roadsides L) Vertical And Level Markings) Finishing Works Location And Mileage Works For The Road Investment: The Reconstruction Of The Road Will Be Carried Out On One Continuous Section Without Division Into Implementation Stages:• Beginning Of The Section: Km 1+400• End Of The Section: Km 2+833 (Inclusion Into The Provincial Road No. 473) Guidelines For The Contractor In The Scope Of Works For The Road Investment:• The Contractor Will Carry Out The Entire Scope Of Works Under One Contract And One Schedule.• The Construction Site Covers The Full Section From Km 1+400 To The Junction With The Dw 473 Road At Km 2+833.• Coordination Of Works On The Entire Section Is Required To Ensure Access To The Property.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annexes To The Swz, However, It Should Be Borne In Mind That The Bills Of Quantities Due To The Lump-Sum Form Of Remuneration Constitute Only Auxiliary Material. Within The Above-Mentioned Works, The Contractor Is Obligated To: A) Install Temporary Works Markings, Maintain Them During Their Duration And Dismantle Them After The Works Are Completed In Accordance With The Temporary Traffic Organization Design. B) Secure The Works Area Against Unauthorized Persons During Their Execution, And In Particular To Prevent Accidents Of Third Parties. The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Any Damage Caused To Third Parties As A Result Of The Work Carried Out, From The Date Of Handing Over The Construction Site. C) Preparation And Submission To The Ordering Party Of The Safety And Health Protection Plan (Prepared In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of June 23, 2003 On Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection And The Safety And Health Protection Plan [Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 120, Item 1126]).
