: The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of An Investment Task In The Design And Build Formula, Which Includes Obtaining A Building Permit, Construction And Obtaining A Permit For The Use And Operation Of Sanitary Sewage Infrastructure Elements, Including: Gravity Sanitary Sewage Systems, Main And Side Sewers And Sections Qualified As A Network Ending With A Well In Plots Of Connected Properties, Pumped Sewage With A Pumping Station, As Well As The Construction Of Connections To Properties In The Towns Of Grobla And Trawniki Along With The Infrastructure Accompanying. The Material Scope Of The Design Documentation Includes: 1) Construction Design In 4 Copies 2) Building Permit; 3) Executive Designs In All Industries (4 Copies For Each Industry); 4) Technological Start-Up Designs; 5) Detailed Cost Estimates For All Industries; 6) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works For Each Industry; 7) Health And Safety Information (Bioz); 8) Acceptance Of The Completed Network By Eko-Drwinia 9) Permits And Decisions For Use Of The Network And Facilities, Including The Development Of As-Built Geodetic Documentation And The Development Of All Documentation And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Investor (If Required) Or Submitting A Report On The Completion Of Construction In Accordance With Applicable Regulations Within The Contract Implementation Period10) Other Opinions And Arrangements Necessary In Accordance With The Law And The Functional And Utility Program.11) Electronic Version (Doc, Pdf, Dwg) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Design Documentation Constituting Attachments To The Swz. The Contractor, In Consultation With The Ordering Party, Will Prepare And Submit A Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order No Later Than On The Day Of Concluding The Contract. Introducing Changes To The Schedule Will Not Be Treated As An Amendment To The Contract And Will Not Require The Conclusion Of An Annex To The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Introduce Comments To The Hrft Where In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Or Other Procurement Documents, A Trademark (Brand), Manufacturer, Supplier, Patent, Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Is Indicated Or Standards, European Technical Assessments, Common Technical Specifications Or Other References Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Or Section 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Act Allows The Submission Of An Equivalent Offer Or In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, Offering Solutions Equivalent (In Each Case It Should Be Assumed That The Wording Or Equivalent Was Used) In Relation To Those Indicated In The Documentation, Provided That
