The Investment Will Cover Plots No. 1192, 2464/8, Bełżyce-Rolne District, Where At Ul. Wojska Polskiego 76A, Bełży-Ce, There Is An Intake And A Water Treatment Plant. The Aim Of The Project Is To Carry Out Works Aimed At Improving The Functioning Of The Water And Sewage Management System In The Commune By Expanding The Sewage Treatment Plant Along With The Accompanying Infrastructure, Improving The Services Provided In The Field Of Sewage Collection And Sludge Management, As Well As Protecting The Health Of Local Residents And The Natural Environment. The Scope Of The Investment Includes: - Construction Of Two Projected Averaging Tanks. 2X 150M3, Including Foundations, Equipment And Accompanying Installations, Including Dismantling Of Existing Old Foundations After Expansion Tanks; - Renovation Of Two Existing Buildings. Capacity Averaging Tanks 2X 150M3 (Emptying, Cleaning, Disinfection Of Tanks, Replacement Of Measuring Devices), - Replacement Of Old Pressure Pipelines Connecting The Existing Averaging Tanks With The Suw Building. - Construction Of New Water Supply Pipelines, Inter-Facility Connections And A Section Of The Water Supply Pipeline Ending With A Dn100 Hydrant (Quick Filling). - Delivery And Assembly Of The Hydrophore Set, Along With Associated Equipment, Including Dismantling Of Four Steel Hydrophore Tanks. - Delivery And Installation Of A Uv Lamp, Along With Associated Equipment. - Replacement And Installation Of The Flow Meter, Along With Associated Devices. - Installation/Expansion Of Existing Automation And Control, With New Facilities And Devices. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order With Due Care, In Accordance With: A) Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Administrative Decisions, Legal Provisions, Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, B) The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In This Specification Of Conditions Of Order And The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: To: A) Provide Qualified Technical Staff, Including A Construction Manager Meeting The Requirements Of The Construction Law Act, B) Notify The District Construction Supervision Inspectorate About The Commencement And Completion Of Works (In The Case Of Works Requiring Such Notification), C) Keep A Construction Log, Notify The Commencement Of Construction Works, Report Acceptance To The Construction Supervision, Obtain A Permit To Use The Facility Or Effectively Report The Completion Of Construction Works, Participate In Work Meetings And All Activities Resulting From The Provisions Of The Act Construction. D) Preparation And Submission Of As-Built Documentation And As-Built Inventory (If Required), Including Detailed Documentation Such As Warranty Cards, Technical Cards, Oper
