1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of The Internal Road On Plot No. 478/8 And 144/3 And The Exit To The Municipal Road In Stara Tuchorza.2. The Scope Of Works Includes The Construction Of An Internal Road On Plot No. 478/8 In Stara Tuchorza, Commune. Siedlce. The Road Surface Will Be Made Of Road Slabs Supplemented With Concrete Cubes. The Investment Task In Question Takes Into Account The Following Conditions And Changes In Relation To The Original Design Documentation: - The Exit To The Planned Internal Road Has Already Been Completed As Part Of An Earlier Stage Of The Project And Is Not Included In The Scope Of The Planned Works, - The Investment Does Not Include Individual Exits To Adjacent Properties, - The Distance Between The Road Slabs Has Been Increased To 1.0 M, And The Resulting Space Is To Be Filled With Concrete Cubes. 3. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: • Preparatory Works, • Works Related To The Construction Of The Surface, • Other Works, • Temporary Traffic Organization.4.
