1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is: Organization And Implementation Of A Seven-Day Integration Trip For Professional Forms Of Family Foster Care Combined With Respite Care, As Part Of The Project Entitled Closer To The Family And Child - Support For Families Experiencing Care And Upbringing Problems And Support For Foster Care - Stage Ii Implemented Under The Regional Program European Funds For The Opole Voivodeship 2021-2027, Priority 6 European Funds Supporting Social Inclusion In The Opole Voivodeship, Measure 6.7 Support For The Family And Foster Care1.2 Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. The Order Involves The Comprehensive Organization And Implementation Of A 7-Day (6 Nights) Integration Trip For Professional Forms Of Family Foster Care Combined With Respite Care For A Total Of Max. 135 Participants, Including 90 Women And 45 Men, Planned Age Structure Of Participants: 1) Children - 92 People 2) Adults - 43 People, Including 30 Foster Parents, Including Additional Services: Food And Accommodation With Transport, Purchase Of Personal Accident Insurance, Biological Regeneration Treatments, Provision Of Qualified Staff, Animations, Sports Activities. The Minimum Number Of Participants Is 95 People. Reducing The Number Of Participants Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Submit Claims For The Provision Of The Remaining Part Of The Service Or For Payment Of The Equivalent Of Unprovided Services Or Compensation For Their Non-Provision. 5.2 The Aim Of The Trip Is To Support Professional Foster Families, Family Childrens Homes And Professional Emergency Care Families By Creating Conditions For Integration, Exchange Of Experiences And Ensuring The Possibility Of Using Respite Care. The Implementation Of This Task Will Contribute To Strengthening The Psychophysical Condition Of People Providing Foster Care And Those Under Their Care, Which Will Ultimately Have A Positive Impact On The Functioning Of Families In The Care System.1.3 Order Completion Date: 7 Days (6 Nights) In August 2026. The Detailed Date Will Be Provided By The Contractor Before Signing The Contract, After Obtaining The Approval Of The Organizational Unit.5.4. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Provides: 1) Insurance: The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Insurance For A Total Of Max. 135 Persons Designated By The Organizational Unit Against Accidents For The Duration Of The Trip In The Amount Of Pln 10,000/Participant.2) Transport: The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Rental Of A Vehicle Or Vehicles Intended For The Transport Of People Together With The Driver/Drivers.
