The Assignment Is Two-Part, Of Which The First Part Will Be Completed First: 1. Prepare A Socio-Economic Analysis Of The Possible Benefits Of Norwegian Participation In The European Competitiveness Fund During The Program Period (2028–2034) And Prepare A System To Measure The Value Of Norwegian Participation In All Or Parts Of The Programme. 2. Elucidate How The Norwegian Mobilization Apparatus And The Use Of Instruments Should Be Organised, Sized And Arranged If Norway Joins All Or Parts Of The Programme, Including Adaptations To Build Up Under Any Instruments In The Ekf That Require, Or Can Be Strengthened By, National Co-Financing.
