Descriptionthis Procurement Concerns A Turnkey Contract For Foundation Work And Construction Of A New Transformer Station In Haugaland Næringspark. The Transformer Station Is Part Of A Larger Network Expansion Project. The Project Aims To Secure The Energy Supply To The Business Park And Facilitate Planned Industrial Development In The Area. In The Long Term, The Measure Will Also Strengthen The Security Of Supply In Haugalandet And Enable The Connection Of Energy Production From The Tysvær Wind Power Plant. The Transformer Station Is Planned To Be Built With One Station Building And Five Transformer Cells. This Contract Includes The Foundation Works, As Well As Construction Of The Station Building And Two Of Five Transformer Cells. The Transformer Station Must Be Certified In Accordance With Breeam-Nor V.6.0. The Supplier Is Responsible For Ensuring That The Transformer Station Achieves Breeam Certification. In Addition To The Transformer Station, The Contract Includes The Establishment Of An Underground Cable Connection From The Transformer Station Up To The End Mast (M22) On The Overhead Line Connection Between The Klovning Transformer Station And Haugaland Næringspark, As Well As A Cable Trench Between Statnetts Transformer Station In Gismarvik And Up To The Station In Haugaland Næringspark, Etc. The Contracting Authority Will Select At Least 2 Of The Qualified Suppliers To Submit Offer, Provided There Is A Sufficient Number Of Qualified Suppliers. There Is No Upper Limit To How Many Qualified Suppliers Can Be Invited To Submit Offers, And The Client Reserves The Right To Invite A Selection Or All Of Them. Any Selection Of Suppliers Who Are Invited To Give Offers Will Be Made Based On The Selection Criteria In The Tender Description Point 3.5. After The Offers Have Been Received, The Client Plans To Carry Out Negotiations With The Suppliers. Any Negotiations May Be Carried Out In Several Rounds Of Negotiations, Where The Client Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Offers To Be Negotiated. A First Reduction In The Number Of Offers Can Take Place Already In Advance Of The Negotiations, Cf. The Supply Regulations § 19-12 (4). Any Reductions In The Number Of Offers Will Be Made On The Basis Of The Award Criteria. The Client Also Reserves The Right To Award The Contract Without Carrying Out Negotiations. The Suppliers Are Thus Encouraged To Deliver A Good And Competitive First Offer. It Is Specified That This Is Only An Overall Description Of The Procurement.
