The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Supply Of Tangible Property For Cadets Of Vasil Levski National University In Specific Positions And Includes Provision Of The Minimum Required Tangible Property For Cadets Studying At Vasil Levski National University, As Well As Delivery Of Work Clothes, Work Shoes And Personal Protective Equipment Necessary For Practical Classes, According To The Requirements Of The Technical Specifications, Part Of The Participation Documentation. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into The Following Separate Items: Featured Item #1 - Camouflage Clothing Decoration. Separate Item #2 – Gloves. Separate Item No. 3 – Half Shoes. Separate Item No. 4 – Field Shoes. Separate Position No. 5 – T-Shirts Separate Position No. 6 – Sports Shoes. Separate Item #7 – Sportswear. Separate Position No. 8 – Work Clothing, Included In The List Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. Separate Item No. 9 – Work Shoes And Other Personal Protective Equipment. The Quantities Planned For Delivery Are Indicated In The Attached In The Cais Eop, Section Parameters, Table Estimated Quantities By Types Of Items - An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation. The Specified Quantities Are Estimated, Serve To Form An Estimated Value For The Individual Items And Do Not Bind The Contracting Authority To Their Declaration In Full. Only The Written Delivery Requests Sent To The Contractor Are Binding On The Employer. In This Sense, According To The Need And The Available Financial Means, The Contracting Authority Has The Right Not To Declare The Specified Quantities In Full. All Items Must Comply With The Requirements Set Out In The Relevant Technical Specifications Attached To And An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
