The Public Procurement Is Subject To Construction According To Approved Investment Projects In All Necessary Project Parts, As Well As Issued Construction Permit No. 11 Dated 11.05.2026 By The Chief Architect Of Rudozem Municipality. For The Implementation Of The Construction And Installation Works, There Are Prepared And Approved Investment Projects For The Structural Part, The Geodesy-Routing Plan, Engineering-Geological Survey, Fire Safety, Safety And Health Plan, Construction Waste Management Plan And Temporary Organization And Traffic Safety. The Investment Project Deals With The Restoration And Construction Of A Retaining Wall To Strengthen A Street Between O.T. 40 And 45 In Quarter 17 Under The Zrp Of Byala Reka Village, Rudozem Municipality. The Wall Will Be Built As Reinforced Concrete. It Consists Of 19 Lamellas With A Total Length Of 95.00 M And A Height Of 3.00 M To 4.00 M. The Wall Is Designed As Reinforced, With Vertical Front And Inclined Rear Walls. Guide Lines For Laying Are The Intersected Lines Between The Front Vertical Wall And The Plane Of The Crown Of The Wall. For The Drainage Of Underground Water, It Is Planned To Place Barbacans F-110 Through A Distance Not Greater Than 1.5 M. The Materials Used For The Construction Of The Retaining Wall Are: Concrete C 12/15 And C 20/25 (B25) And Reinforcement Class B 500 V. After Demolding The Wall, All Parts Of It That Will Be Backfilled Will Be Plastered With Elastic Waterproofing Or Twice With Hot Bitumen, The Latter Being Applied To A Dry And Well-Cleaned Concrete Surface. The Backfill Behind The Wall Will Be Partly With Hand-Laid Stone To Form A Drainage Barrier Behind The Walls And With Rock Material, Ballast And Drainage Gravel Laid In 20-30Cm Layers, Compacted. A Safety Metal Railing Will Be Installed Along The Crown Of The Wall. The Street Surface Will Be Restored By Laying An Asphalt Surface On A Base Of Bituminized Crushed Stone.
