Tenders are invited for Annual Service and Maintenance of Existing Sewerage System Estimated Cost & Bid Validity: Rs. Mn. 2.90, 49 Days Bid Security & Validity: Rs. 30,000.00, valid until 25th Sep 2026 Non-refundable Fee: Rs. 1,500 Work Duration: 1 Year Bidding will be conducted under National Competitive Bidding Procedure. Bidders should be registered with CIDA in the grades mentioned above. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Director, Teaching Hospital Batticaloa. Bid documents can be purchased from the Accounts Branch, Teaching Hospital Batticaloa, upon payment of the non-refundable fee. Documents will be issued from 01st July 2026 to 22nd July 2026 during office hours. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 15th July 2026 at 10.00 a.m. at the Directors Office. Completed bids must be delivered to the Director, Teaching Hospital Batticaloa, on or before 10.00 a.m. on 23rd July 2026. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after closing, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. All bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified above.
