Request for Information for RFI-Establishment of a Food Truck Park Sabrah, Al Rawdah, Al Ain Bidding Opens on: 21 May 2026 Due on: 30 June 2026 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: The Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) hereby invites proposals from qualified and experienced Investors and entities for the Establishment of a Food Truck Park at Sabrah, Al Rawdah, Al Ain. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued as part of a competitive Auction process to identify the most capable partner to deliver a high-quality, sustainable, and community-focused development. The successful investor will enter into a Long term lease contract for 10 years inclusive of Development with DMT/AAM, granting the rights to Develop and Operate the Facility during the lease term. Investors must demonstrate proven experience in delivering similar projects, along with a strong track record in operating such facilities. The project will be developed on a designated plot of land with a total area of 2,640.33 square meters, located in a strategic area within Sabra, Al Rawdah, Al Ain.
