Descriptionkarmøy Municipality Invites A Competition For A Framework Agreement For Plowing And Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads, Footpaths And Cycleways, Pavements, Parking Lots And Other Areas That Appear In The Procurement Documents. The Procurement Includes Winter Preparation, Ploughing, Spreading And Other Necessary Winter Maintenance To Ensure Safe Traffic And Good Accessibility Throughout The Winter Season. The Framework Agreement Is Divided Into 13 Subcontracts (Parts). The Tenderer May Make An Offer For One Or More Partial Contracts. If A Tenderer Is Awarded Several Partial Contracts, A Separate Named Person And A Separate Vehicle Must Be Stated For Each Row. These Resources Must Be Available For The Assignment Throughout The Entire Agreement Period. The Client Is Not Obliged To Purchase Services For The Stated Amounts, And The Estimates Do Not Give The Suppliers A Claim To A Specific Order Volume Or Turnover Under The Framework Agreement. The Table Shows How Many Machines Karmøy Municipality Needs Within The Individual Row. Suppliers Can Make Offers Even If They Cannot Supply The Entire Stated Number Of Machines. During The Evaluation, Emphasis Will Be Placed On The Extent To Which The Offer Covers The Municipalitys Needs For Machines Within The Relevant Root. For Rudders Where There Is A Need For Several Machines, The Municipality Can Enter Into A Contract With One Or More Suppliers To Cover The Overall Need.
