In The North Of Stuttgart, The New Schafhaus Development Area In Mühlhausen Is Being Developed On Approximately 17 Hectares In A Topographically Challenging Area. It Borders Directly On The Existing Settlement Area Of Mühlhausen. In The New Development Area, Around 700 New Residential Units In Multi-Story Apartment Buildings, A Primary School, Several Daycare Centers, A Neighborhood House With Various Social Infrastructure Facilities As Well As High-Quality Green And Open Spaces Are To Be Built. The Aim Of The Commission Is To Collect Important Planning Principles For The Planning Of Open Spaces And Traffic Facilities. In Particular, Traffic Generation Through The Development Of The Schafhaus Development Area, The Resulting Necessary Dimensioning Of Stationary Traffic As Well As The Performance Analysis Of Junctions And Traffic Modeling In Zero And Planned Cases Are Important Planning Parameters.
