The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Provision Of Service, Operational And Development Support For The Qi Information System (Hereinafter Referred To As The Managed System), Including Ensuring Its Functionality, Availability, Development And Compliance With Applicable Legislation. Fulfillment Includes In Particular: A) Guarantee Of Software Support – Correction Of Program Errors (Hot-Fix, Patch), – Provision Of Updates, Upgrades And New Versions, – Ensuring Compliance With The Legislation Of The Czech Republic, – Implementation And Testing Of Changes, Including Possible Data Migrations. Services Are Provided On A Flat-Rate Basis, Without Hourly Restrictions, To The Extent Necessary To Ensure The Proper Operation Of The System. B) Service Services And Resolution Of Incidents – Resolution Of Crashes, Significant Defects And Defects In Sla Mode. C) Management Of Requirements And Development – ​​Implementation Of The Clients Requirements In The Sla Mode, Both As Fulfillment Within The Price And Beyond It. D) Helpdesk And Hotline – Operation Of The Helpdesk And Telephone Support For Recording And Resolving Incidents And Requests. Availability: Weekdays 7:00 Am - 4:00 Pm. E) User Adjustments To The System – Making Adjustments Based On The Clients Requirements. F) Preventive Inspections And Prophylaxis - Carried Out At Least 4 Times A Year, Including Evaluation Of The State Of The System And Proposal Of Measures. G) Consulting Services – Methodical Support, System Optimization And Preparation Of Development Requirements In The Scope Of Min. 96 Hours Per Year. H) Guaranteed Hourly Rate – Hourly Rate For Services Beyond The Scope Of The Contract, Which Is Not Subject To Evaluation. A Detailed Definition Of Service Levels (Sla) Is Given In Other Parts Of The Procurement Documentation And In The Draft Contract.
