The Acquired Solution Is Delivered As A Complete Service, Including A Fixed Implementation Project, Continuous Service Support And Maintenance, As Well As Separately Ordered Expert Work. The Scope Of The Procurement Can Be Seen In More Detail In The Tender Request And Its Attachments. In The Operations Of The City Of Helsinki, Large Amounts Of Data Are Constantly Generated And Utilized, And The Management Of Data Assets Is Fragmented In Different Industries And Business Establishments. The Above-Mentioned Municipalities Have Different Practices And Capabilities In Managing Data Description Information, I.E. Metadata, Which Makes It Difficult To Get An Overall Picture. There Are Several Standardized Metadata Models In Use, But Their Application And Management Varies, Which Makes Data Sharing And Integration Difficult. Metadata Is Not Centrally Managed And There Is No Framework For It. Data Ownership Practices Vary From Municipality To Municipality, Which Can Affect The Sharing Of Data, The Maintenance Of Its Quality And The Definition Of Responsibility Issues.
