Disinfecting And Exterminating Services – Deratization, Disinsection And Disinfection Services Of Stt Bacău Headquarters And Stations. The Purpose Of The Requested Services Is The Need To Prevent Or Eliminate Outbreaks Of Infection, Epidemics, Infectious Diseases, Material Damage, As A Result Of The Proliferation In The Spaces Within C.N.T.E.E. Transelectrica S.A. - Territorial Branch Of Transport Bacău, Of Insects (Mosquitoes, Flies, Cockroaches, Ants, Ticks, Etc.), Arthropods, Rodents, Bacteria, Microbial Germs Specific To Certain Diseases, Etc. Treatments Will Be Carried Out: - Rodent Control At An Interval Of 6 Months In All The Purchasers Locations, On The Surfaces Specified In Annex No. 2 Of The Specifications, Respectively 6 Stages During 36 Months (Duration Of The Sectoral Contract). - Disinsection At An Interval Of 3 Months In All The Purchasers Locations, On The Surfaces Specified In Annex No. 2 Of The Specifications, Respectively 12 Stages During 36 Months (Duration Of The Sectoral Contract); - Disinfection By Dry Nebulization For All Spaces, On An Order Basis, Only If There Are Signs Of Virus Infection For Which Disinfection Operations Are Required. The Application Of The Treatments In The Interval Of 6 Months, Respectively 3 Months, In All The Purchasers Locations, On The Surfaces/Volumes Specified In The Table Found In Chapter 5 Of The Specifications, Is Considered A Stage. If It Is Necessary, According To The Specifications Of The Products Used, That The Treatment Requires Several Passes, They Will Be Considered As Part Of A Stage. All Expenses Will Be Included At That Stage. The Technological Buildings Include, As The Case May Be: Connection Building, Relay Cabins, Generating Set Building, Water Pump, Transformer Building, Etc. These Are Spaces Where Stt Bacău Staff Perform Specific Activities (Supervision, Verification, Maneuvers, Adjustments, Etc.). For These Spaces, Deratization And Disinsection Services Will Be Provided, And Nebulization Disinfection Services Will Be Performed Only On An Order Basis, When Appropriate. For The Buildings Related To The Electrical Stations, Deratization And Disinsection Services Will Be Carried Out And Around Them, At A Distance Of 1M From The Building. The Estimated Areas/Volumes Related To The Premises And Electrical Stations, Which Will Be Subject To Rodent Control, Disinsection And Disinfection Treatments, Are Detailed In Annex No. 2 Of The Specifications. During The Duration Of The Contract, The Buyer Has The Right To Modify The Sectoral Purchase Contract, Including By Supplementing The Areas Or Volumes Related To The Provision Of Services, In Compliance With The Applicable Legal Provisions. In Accordance With Law No. 99/2016, Art. 236, Contractual Changes Are Allowed Without The Organization Of A New Award Procedure When They Are Not Substantial Or When They Fall Within The Situations Expressly Provided By Law, Such As: I.
