The Delivered Solution Must Form A Mutually Compatible And Fully Functional Unit Designed For High Availability, Redundant Data Paths And Uninterrupted Operation. The Delivery Includes Virtualization Servers, Disk Arrays And Lan Switches, Including All Accessories, Optical Modules, Cabling And Licenses Necessary For The Full Functionality Of The Solution. A More Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of Performance Is Contained In The Tender Documentation Appendices. With Regard To The Nature Of Information And Its Protection In Accordance With Act No. 264/2025 Coll., The Act On Cyber ​​Security, The Contracting Authority Will Provide Appendix No. 1 - Specification Of The Subject Of Performance Of The Procurement Documentation Based On The Suppliers Request And Against The Non-Disclosure Agreement (Nda) Submitted By Him, As Amended By Appendix No. 7 Of The Procurement Documentation. The Non-Disclosure Agreement (Nda) Must Be Signed By A Person Authorized To Act On Behalf Of Or On Behalf Of The Supplier. If The Agreement Is Signed By An Agent, The Power Of Attorney Granted To Such Person For This Case Must Be Attached To The Agreement.
