Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services - Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of Retention Reservoirs In The Wielkie Oczy Forestry And Reconstruction Of A Culvert Into A Bridge On The Forest Road, Inventory No. 220/1139 As Part Of The Project Entitled Comprehensive Project For The Adaptation Of Forests And Forestry To Climate Change - Small Retention And Counteracting Water Erosion In Mountain Areas - Continuation (Mrg3). 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Obtaining All Legally Required Consents And Permits Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit And Commencement Of Construction Works, Carrying Out A Natural Inventory Before The Commencement Of Construction Works And After Their Completion For The Task Reconstruction Of Retention Reservoirs In The Wielkie Oczy Forestry And Reconstruction Of A Culvert Into A Bridge On The Forest Road, Inv. No. 220/1139: 1.1 Reconstruction Of Retention Reservoirs In The Wielkie Oczy Forestry Eyes” With The Following Parameters: The Subject Of The Implementation Is The Reconstruction Of Retention Reservoirs With A Total Area Of Approximately 3.0 Ha, Along With The Construction Of Earth Dikes And Hydrotechnical Devices, Including 5 Emergency Overflows. Basic Parameters Of 5 Reservoirs - Total Area: Approx. 3.0 Ha (30,000 M²) - Average Depth: 1.2 M - Total Retention Capacity: Min. 28,000 M³ - Total Length Of 5 Dikes With A Crown Width Of 2-3 M In Total: Approx. 270 M (5 Sections), The Scope Of Earthworks Includes: - Shaping The Reservoir Bowl, Including Profiling The Reservoir Bottom And Internal And External Slopes, - Construction Of Earth Dikes, - Construction Of 5 Spillways/Rapids. The Bottom Of The Reservoir Will Remain Partly In Its Current Form And Form, And Partly, As Described Above, It May Be Deepened For The Purpose Of Collecting Material For The Construction Of Earth Dikes. The Following Depth Variations Were Assumed: - Coastal Zone: 0.3–0.8 M, - Central Zone: 0.5–1.0 M, - Deep Zone: Up To Approx. 2.0 M. Slope Inclination: Internal Slopes: 1:2 To 1:5, Earthen Dykes - It Is Planned To Construct Five Dykes With A Total Length Of Approx. 270 M. Parameters: - Crown Width: 3.0–4.0 M, - Height: Approx. 2.0, - Slope Inclination: 1:2 -1:3 The Dikes Will Be Made Of Mineral Soil Extracted From The Reservoir Bowl And Compacted In Layers. In The Case Of Permeable Soils, It Is Planned To Make A Sealing Core Of Cohesive Soils. Overflows/Rapids In Order To Ensure Hydrological Safety, 5 Overflows/Rapids Were Designed To Enable Constant Water Flow - Maintaining A Constant Flow And Draining Excess Water. Earth Mass Balance The Volume Of Earthworks Related To The Formation Of The Reservoir Bowl Is: Volume Of Embankments (Dikes) Assuming An Average Cross-Sectional Area Of The Dikes Of Approx. 9.0 M²: V ≈ 270 M × 9.0 M² = 2,430 M³ After Taking Into Account Technological Losses And Compaction: 👉 Approx. 2,500 - 3,000 M³ Balance Sheet Volume Of Excavations: 2,500 - 3,000 M³ Volume Of Embankments: Approx. 2,500 - 3,000 M³ Surplus Of Excavated Material: 0 M³ Management Of Excavated Material All Excavated Material Will Be Used In The Investment Area For: Building Dikes, Shaping Slopes, Leveling The Area. It Is Estimated That 100% Of The Excavated Material Will Be Used On Site. All Design Solutions Will Require Ongoing Approval Of The Ordering Party. 1.2. The Subject Of The Planned Project Is The Reconstruction Of The Existing Culvert - Into A Bridge On The Forest Road, Inventory No. 220/1139 In The Wielkie Oczy Forestry, Scope Of Works:
