The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Transport, Unloading And Bringing To The Recipients Warehouse Of Consumables For Printers, Multi-Function Devices, Faxes, Plotters (Hereinafter Referred To As Products) In Operation Of 45 Wog And Military Units In Economic Supply, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In The Assortment And Basic Quantities Specified In Table No. 1, Subject To The Right To Options For The Assortment And Quantities Listed In Table No. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Collection Of Used Consumables Constituting Waste With The Code 16 02 14, In An Amount Equal To The Amount Of Equipment Delivered In Accordance With The Act On Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment Of September 11, 2015. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Submitting Offers For Equivalent Products, Provided That: A) Equivalent Consumable Products (From Companies Other Than Those Mentioned In The Specification) Are Brand New, Without Traces Of Use Or Damage, In The Manufacturers Original, Hermetically Sealed Packaging, Of Full Value, Not Regenerated. B) The Term Brand New Should Be Understood As Materials Which, In Their Entire Production Process (Except For The Cardboard Packaging), Are Manufactured From Elements Manufactured From Scratch, Without The Use In Any Way Of Components Obtained From Other Products Previously Used (This Applies In Particular To The Casing); C) Their Use Does Not Violate The Warranty Rights Of Equipment Manufacturers. The Contractor Takes Full Responsibility For Damage To The Equipment Caused By The Use Of The Offered Products. The Contractor Undertakes To Guarantee The Repair Of The Equipment And Cover The Repair Costs In The Event That The Defect Was Caused By The Use Of Equivalent Products. In Such A Case, The Cost Of The Expert Opinion Related To The Assessment Of The Questioned Materials And The Cost Of The Equipment Examination Are Borne By The Contractor; D) They Do Not Infringe The Patent Rights Of The Operational Product From The Equipment Manufacturers; E) Provide A Technical Specification Card For Each Product Offered; F) They Have The Manufacturers Trademark And Labels Identifying The Given Products, And Also In A Way That Protects Against External Factors (Hermetic Internal Packaging); G) They Are Compatible With The Equipment For Which They Are Intended, With Parameters That Are The Same Or Better Than The Corresponding Oem Products (Ink/Toner Capacity, The Number Of Copies Obtained Cannot Be Lower Than For The Original Products);
