The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation Including: • A Detailed Multi-Discipline Design Concept; • Demolition Project And Obtaining A Decision Authorizing The Demolition Of Buildings; • Construction Design (Understood As: Plot Or Area Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design) And Obtaining A Building Permit Decision; • Detailed Design; • Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates; • Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works; • As-Built Documentation; • Operational Documentation Of The Building And Equipment; • Siding Operation Regulations Agreed With Pkp Plk S.A.; • Fire Scenario – Agreed With The Local Unit Of The State Fire Service; Performing Basic Construction Works, Including: • Preparatory Works; • Demolition; • Security; • Accompanying (Necessary For The Execution Of Basic Works) • Cleaning During The Implementation Of Basic Works, As Well As After Their Completion. Under This Order, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To Obtain: Power Supply Conditions, Acceptance Conditions, Conditions For Eliminating Conflicts, And All Consents And Arrangements Required By Law. The Investment Will Involve The Design, Construction And Equipping Of Technical Facilities For Servicing Rolling Stock Under The Name New Technical Facilities - Kś Gliwice - Bojków Base, Together With Internal Installations (Water And Sewage, Central Heating, Mechanical Ventilation, Compressed Air, Electrical And Telecommunications Installations) And Land Development: Pedestrian Paths, Internal Road, Parking Lot, Sand Silo, Fencing, Demolition Of Structures And Elements Of The Existing Technical Infrastructure, Construction Of Internal Non-Building Installations (Water And Sewage Systems, Storm Sewage, Electricity, External Lighting, Telecommunications, Railway Traffic Control), Reconstruction Of Conflicting Existing Infrastructure Installations, Construction Of Connections And Construction Of The Track System And Traction Network At Ul.
