Prior Information Notice For Sewage, Refuse, Cleaning And Environmental Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Living In The Ścinawa Commune. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services For The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated On Properties Inhabited In The Ścinawa Commune And The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point And Will Consist In: 1) Collection, Transport And Management Of The Entire Mass Of Municipal Waste From The City And The Ścinawa Commune: - Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste: - Segregated Municipal Waste. 2) Equipping Real Estate Residing In The City And Commune Of Ścinawa With Containers For Mixed Waste That Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Commune Of Ścinawa. 3) Equipping Pharmacies Located In The City Of Ścinawa, As Well As Possibly Newly Established Ones, With Specially Marked Containers Intended For Collecting Expired Medicines, Emptying Them And Neutralizing Them. 4) Free Equipment Of Single-Family Properties Inhabited By Residents With Bags Of A Thickness Ensuring Their Durability. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Act Up To 25% Of The Value Of The Basic Contract. 3. Determination Of The Subject, Size Or Scope And The Conditions Under Which The Order Will Be Awarded: 1) The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding, Within 3 Years From The Date Of Awarding The Basic Contract, To The Current Contractor, An Order Consisting In The Provision Of A Service In The Field Of: Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Ścinawa Commune, I.E. Repeating A Service Similar To The Service That Is The Subject Of The Basic Contract. 2) The Ordering Party Will Accept As The Maximum Price Components Those Provided By The Contractor In Its Offer For This Order. 3) The Contract Regarding The Service In Question Will Be Concluded On The Terms Specified In Chapter Ii, Chapter 3, Section 8 (Non-Source Procurement) Of The Public Procurement Act.
